*Renovated basement space in a detached (old) house *safe & quiet. convenient for male/female students/bachelor professionals * 1 specious bedroom , 2 Twin (single), 2 persons * Thoroughly cleaned, disinfected touched surfaces * 24hr public transit within 4 mnt walk * High quality-clean linens * Good (but may not be perfect), & safe place to live * Additional discount to be offered for 3+ months stay The space Additional amenities, care and support: - Fire extinguisher - Washer & dryer for limited use.(see house manual) - In-room mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker -Towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper, - Vacuum cleaner - Shopping Cart - Fans - Hand sanitizer, and sanitizing spray - Urgent printing support (limited quantity) - Computer monitor Guest access Private access to the building then access to the apartment thru utility room which is private for most of the time (nobody enters without your prior message) Other things to note - Late night entry/exit: not desired during 12:00 am-4.00am unless otherwise notified and agreed on. - Upon checked in, please provide all guests' full names (afterward, guest name changes are not allowed even if the number of guests in reservation remains same) - unlisted or additional guests/visitors are not allowed unless otherwise notified/agreed. - One paid parking may be arranged. Additional parking: Street parking is free for few hours on same standing location.
