The house is located on very quiet and convenience neighbourhood - 10 minutes to highway 400 and 401 - 2 minutes walk to TTC bus stop, 10 minutes to Finch West subway stt - 3 minutes walk to Finchdale plaza where are Centra Suppermarket, bakery, pizza, Dollar tree, Shopper Drugmart, TD bank, BMO bank, convevience ..... Guest access Guests have access to the whole main floor and upper floor where the bedrooms are located. Guests also have access to the backyard. The basement is another unit so there's no access. Other things to note Paid parking available upon request. First come first serve. Parking is additional $100/month. Parking in driveway. Will be charged separately through Airbnb resolution center after the booking is made. Basement is a separate unit.
