Charming detached house located in the municipality of Paimpont, in a small very quiet hamlet, and in the heart of Brocéliande. This 3-star cottage, which can accommodate 2 people, totally renovated and equipped, is located in an old country stone farmhouse and in the middle of a wooded plot of 3000m². The space You will have all the comforts at your disposal: underfloor heating, double glazing, board games, TV, hiking guides, sheets, walk-in shower, queen size mattress of the Tediber© brand, equipped kitchen, linens and small appliances. The cottage is totally independent, you have outside your own entrance, a large courtyard to park your vehicle and a south-facing terrace. Our house is also on the grounds, we will only share the garden and, if you wish, our valuable advice about the area;) The accommodation is conveniently located to discover the forest and its little people. Indeed, many hiking trails, including the GR 37 and GRP around Brocéliande, pass around the corner! All the remarkable sites of the Brocéliande forest are nearby: Merlin Tomb, Gate of Secrets, Barenton Fountain, Wolf Room, Vivianne's Hotié, Val sans retour, Chêne Guillotin or the Domaine de Trémelin. And in just 30 minutes you will find yourself in the heart of Rennes and its many cultural animations. For the more adventurous, it is also very easy to imagine being able to discover, in a maximum 1 hour's drive (access to the expressway 4 km away), all the diversity of Breton landscapes, going from the north coast to the south coast: the medieval city of Dinan, the cape frihel, the emerald coast and Cancale, the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, La Gacilly, the wild coast of Quiberon, Rochefort-en-Terre, Carnac, etc. Also, it will take 1h30 to arrive at Lorient and its pier for Belle-île en mer, 1.5 to visit Quimper and the Bigouden country, or 1.5 hours to discover Nantes and its castle of the Dukes of Brittany. Passionate about the fauna, flora, and hiking, we will be sure to advise you on our must-sees (deer slab, mountain biking/mountain biking circuits, ornithological spots, etc.) .
