Charming detached house located in the municipality of Paimpont, in a small very quiet hamlet, and in the heart of Brocéliande. This 3-star cottage, which can accommodate 2 people, totally renovated and equipped, is located in an old country stone farmhouse and in the middle of a wooded plot of 3000m². The space You will have all the comforts at your disposal: heating, double glazing, board games, TV, hiking guides, sheets, walk-in shower, Tediber© queen size mattress, equipped kitchen, linens and small appliances. The cottage is completely independent. Outside, you have your own entrance, a large courtyard to park your vehicle, and a south-facing terrace. Our house is also on the property, so we will only share the garden and, if you like, our valuable advice about the area ;) The accommodation is ideally located for discovering the forest and its little people. Indeed, many hiking trails, including the GR 37 and the GRP du Tour de Brocéliande, pass right around the corner! All the remarkable sites of the Brocéliande forest are nearby: Merlin's tomb, Porte des Secrets, Barenton fountain, Chambre au Loup, Hotié de Vivianne, Val sans Retour, Chêne Guillotin or the Domaine de Trémelin. And in just 30 minutes, you will find yourself in the heart of Rennes and its many cultural activities. For the more adventurous, it is also very easy to imagine being able to discover, in a maximum of 1 hour by car (access to the expressway 4 km away), all the diversity of Breton landscapes, from the north coast to the south coast: the medieval city of Dinan, Cap Fréhel, the Côte d'Émeraude and Cancale, the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, La Gacilly, the wild coast of Quiberon, Rochefort-en-Terre, Carnac, etc. In addition, it will take 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Lorient and its pier for Belle-Île-en-Mer, 1 hour 50 minutes to visit Quimper and the Pays Bigouden, or 1 hour 30 minutes to discover Nantes and its Château des Ducs de Bretagne.
