Close to Gordon Skagit Farms, Roozengaarde & Tulip Town. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths means plenty of room for the whole family for a vacation, a bicycling expedition, or winter bird watching. Lovely porch for enjoying the view. Halfway between La Conner and Mt. Vernon, our farmhouse was built in 1905, is NOT ADA accessible, and its very steep staircase is a challenge for seniors/toddlers (see "additional photos"). The space Four good-sized bedrooms and two baths are upstairs. Common rooms and half bath are downstairs. Vintage stairs are steep! Guest access While you have the whole main house, the former summer kitchen and attic in the rear of the house are an apartment with 2 full-time tenants who are family members, plus their dog.
