The Courtyard Cottage is located in lovely rural surroundings at Pensham Hill House, within 1-mile walk to the Georgian town of Pershore. The Cottage comprises a delightful lounge overlooking part of the garden, fully equipped kitchen, upstairs bedroom & bathroom. The upstairs landing has a bureau desk for working with velux windows for good light. Sofa bed upon request (an extra £20p.n. per person) TV, wifi, own private access. Parking alongside entrance. The space It's quiet, it's beautifully presented and immaculately clean. If you're looking for some time out in South Worcestershire, access to a wealth of walks along the River Avon, to pretty garden villages and Bredon Hill, as well as be a short drive to Broadway and the Cotswolds, then this is it... Guest access The self-contained Cottage is for the exclusive use of guests. The large car park area is shared with the owners, parking is alongside Cottage entrance. Other things to note The Courtyard Cottage is tucked away in the grounds of our home, some four acres in the hamlet of Pensham, just outside Pershore. It's a pleasant 1-mile's walk over Pershore Bridge to the town. On one side of the Cottage you look onto the courtyard & on the other, onto part of the garden; neither is overlooked. We are happy to accommodate extra guests using the sofa bed at £20 per night, payable upon arrival. Electric car charging at an additional fee, at the cost unit rate.
