It has a spacious, open concept main floor; a sunken living room with fireplace and a sun drenched library area is on the east side, and an expansive kitchen and dining room is on the west side. The kitchen side door also opens up to the exterior partial wrap around deck and covered porch. There is also a half bath next to the kitchen. Up the stairs from the main entrance are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Sleeping arrangements: There are queen-sized beds in the 1st and 2nd bedrooms, and 2 twin-sized beds in the 3rd bedroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out to turn into a full-sized sofa bed. An extra queen-sized air mattress is available for additional guests if necessary. There is a refreshing in-ground pool on the southwest corner outside of the cabin - a private oasis for your exclusive use! In the pool area, there’s also a screened in gazebo, with a cozy sitting area and fire pit table to keep warm if the night gets a little chilly. A BBQ grill is also available on the deck of the cabin, and a steel campfire pit is also available for use on the ground beyond the kitchen porch. ***Please note the pool typically opens for the season from Memorial Day until Labor Day*** Guests have access to the entire listed cabin space, the yard, as well as the pool area to themselves. A gem of a quiet farmland neighborhood in charming Hudson Valley, with modern conveniences -- 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, diners, gas stations etc. -- only a few miles away. Pick-your-own farms all around (for just about everything ie. apples, peaches, blueberries, sunflowers) and great local dairy ice cream shop close by. Great trails nearby for hiking, as well as cultural and historical attractions. Any particular interests or questions in mind, please don't hesitate to ask! Would need a car to get to the property, or at least a good mountain bike. I also have another listing for my Moon Lodge Yurt located in the back field of the property. Guests in the yurt will have exclusive access to the back. However, please note that the driveway is shared and will be accessible to guests staying in the backfield.
