Cozy and bright apartment in Fuengirola

A very bright and cozy apartment located in the beautiful Future Centre complex in Los Pacos Fuengirola. Set of 2 floors without elevator with green area and community pool. A 15/20-minute walk from the beach. The apartment has a lot of charm and has two bedrooms (one with a trundle bed and another with a double bed), two bathrooms (one with a sauna), built-in closets, a large living room (with a double sofa bed), a large and sunny glazed terrace. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and consists of a large entrance, a small hallway in front where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. On the left is a bedroom (with a trundle bed) with a built-in closet and on the right in front of a bathroom. Further on the left is the master bedroom with a double bed with a built-in wardrobe and in front of another hallway, spacious with built-in wardrobes that leads to the living room (very spacious). Down the hall on the left is the kitchen that communicates with a door with the terrace and has a pass-through with the living room. At the end of this hallway is a spacious living room that is very bright as it has two sliding glass doors that lead to the terrace that surrounds the apartment from the kitchen to the right corner of the living room. The entire terrace is glazed. Guest access The complex has a large garden and two community pools, a small one for children and a larger one for adults. Other things to note The apartment is very ventilated and cool, even though it has an air conditioner right above the entrance door as seen in the photos and another air conditioner in the living room.
