We are just one small walk away from the main turists spots, and also from a lot of madrilenean hidden trasures You can check out a beautifull sunset from your room's balcony, where you can also relax, and have a cup of coffee. You'll share the common areas with me and with another Airbnb guest (there are 3 rooms in total, including yours). That means that I live in the appartment. I love art, music, and meditation. I work and create at home. I'm a composer so It's possible that you'll be around during a creative process, recording and even a rehearsal. In this shared appartment you will find people to talk to if you are looking for conversation and interaction. But also you'll find silence, and absolute respect for your independance and own space if that's what you prefer. The breakfast includes coffee, tea and muffins. Everything works perfectly well and is safe, but aesthetically speaking you are gonna see them and details on the wall. Mariano Guest access This apartment has a big living room where you can have breakfast, work with your computer or just chill and have a beer or a coffee (or maybe "mate", a traditional argentinian infusion). It is decorated with original paintings and art from an argentinian artist. In our bathroom, you can easily adjust the temperature of the shower from super cold up to boilling hot, and everything in between. The water preasure is great! During your stay I will welcome you, give you the keys, and show you around. Also you'll have my cellphone number. I work part time outside the house and part time in.
