1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724 The space Please read carefully. This is an UPSTAIRS apartment over a detached garage. There is a SPIRAL staircase to access the apartment. It has one bedroom, a den, and a bathroom. There is NO shared interior space with adjacent apartment. You only share the deck outside and the backyard. Please read Carefully There is: NO stove in this unit. ONLY has: microwave, mini fridge, & single pod coffee maker. We provide 2 coffee mugs, 2 glasses and 2 sets of silverware. The unit is stocked with coffee, creamer, and sugar. The bathroom has 4 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths and bath mat. We provide hand soap, shampoo body wash combo, and basic cleaning supplies. There is a iron and ironing board. There is a Kroger grocery store a couple minutes down the road. There is an adjacent unit and you may hear some noises from the other guests next door. We have done everything possible to minimize the noise but we cannot 100% eliminate it. If you are extremely sensitive to noise this may not be the place for you.
