80 km from São Paulo. Amazing waterfront view, super comfortable. Kayak, stand up paddle, fishing pier and swimming pool. If you want to bring a boat or jet ski, we have a water access ramp. Space for barbecue. The residence has a couple of caretakers who live on site, we only receive families of a maximum of 10 people. The space The property has four bedrooms, one double suite, one suite with three beds, one single and two twin beds and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and a crib, another with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a 3-in-1 smart bathroom with two showers, two toilets, and a sink, and can be used by three guests simultaneously with complete privacy. Large living room and open concept kitchen with fireplace, featuring a gourmet space near the pool with another living room and balcony, all overlooking the dam and the wonderful Serra do Lopo. Right on the water, it has an access ramp if you bring a Jetski or light boat (check if it is operational), a condominium of small farms, a great neighborhood and total security. We only receive families, accommodating ten adults and one baby. We do not allow visitors, parties and/or very loud sound. Other things to note RENTAL FOR WEEKENDS AND FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10 DAYS.
