Private room 24 hours of the Le Mans Circuit – LE MANS

We offer a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Our house is a 5-minute drive from the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the 24 Hours of Le Mans truck race, the 24 Hours of Le Mans motorcycle race, and the automobile museum. Le Mans has a magnificent cathedral and a very nice city center. There are plenty of things to do such as visiting the La Flèche ZOO (30 min), the Pescheray ZOO (20 min), an amusement park (Papéa) for children (10 min), a beautiful walk in the forest (Julipe, Bercé). The space They consist of a living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160 cm and 140 cm bed and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. We have a terrace and a garden of about 500 m2. We have a games structure, a toboggan, a basketball hoop, Guests can park their car on our property.
