Optional to remove trash. PARKING/ENTRY One (1) designated parking space in front of building. Additional vehicles use main resort lot. Covered and illuminated entry deck with bike post, bench, and boot scraper. Interior entryway has ample storage for coats, helmets, and sporting equipment. AWD/4WD and/or snow tires strong recommended in winter. ANIMAL POLICY - No animals of any kind for any purpose are allowed. The owners/hosts frequently this home and for HIPAA reasons cannot accommodate any animals. BEDROOM with an organic latex queen mattress, black-out curtains, top-down/bottom-up shades, bedside lamps with USB-charging ports, and built-in closet with drawers. LIVING/DINING with comfortable sectional sofa (no overnight sleeping, please). Blinds open at top and bottom, to allow a ridgeline view through snow-covered trees, while providing privacy from the parking lot. Solid maple dining table (use coaster/placemats) with leather swivel chairs. Smart TV swivels to face sofa or dining table and can cast streaming apps directly from your smartphone. KITCHEN is fully-equipped with induction stove, double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, all utensils, and cooking supplies. OTHER AMENITIES include WASHER/DRYER, all basic toiletries, yoga mat, foam roller, boot/glove dryer, charging dock, and more. Guest access Entire condo (except rear bedroom, which is locked for storage). Other things to note AWD/4WD and/or snow tires are strongly recommended in winter! Radiant tile floor provides quiet, consistent heat in winter. In the summer, this north-facing ground floor unit stays naturally cool and does not have air conditioning. The bedroom window is operable and two portable fans are provided. In-wall dehumidifier operates in the summer 11am-4pm.
