We are in the heart of downtown and within steps of the movie theater, coffee shops and many restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops (finished in 2021). The Master Bedroom has a master bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is spacious and has heated tile for our cold Nebraska winters. The washer and dryer are located in the second bathroom also. There is a dining area with four chairs and comfortable living room. The space is decorated with refurbished original pieces from the building (utilizing radiators, windows, wood, ceiling tiles, banisters, and more) and photos of the local area.
