New and renovated House available

The house is located in very quiet and peaceful area only 15 minutes driving distance from Limerick and 5 minutes walking distance from Castle oaks Hotel. We offer 1 double room with double bed and 1 double room with king size bed and bathroom and downstairs there is living room with corner sofa bed. Limerick's train and bus services will get you there in 15 minutes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with kids). F The space This unit is 90 square meters in size on two levels. The ground floor level has a full size fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery and dining table. Guests has access to dishwasher and washing machine.Living room is located on ground level with corner sofa and TV. Second floor consist of 2 double and 1 single room, one shower and one bathroom. Please note that guests will have their privacy in the house, however we might stay in our log cabin which is located at the back of the house. So in the same time we will be around if any help needed. Guest access Downstairs we have good size living room with satellite TV and kitchen. Kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, kettle, plates washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and the kettle. Guests can use our plates cups etc. Other things to note So in the same time we will be around if any help needed.Please note that guests will have their privacy in the house, however we might stay in our log cabin which is located at the back of the house.
