The space The apartment is 115 sq metres, featuring high ceilings, an open plan style and big windows on all walls, which make it very spacious, light-filled and with an incredible view. We are at the third and fourth floor, accessed both by a lift. On the upper floor, you'll find a service bathroom and a small utility area with washing machine. You'll then enter the kitchen and dining area: the kitchen is fully equipped and has a water filtering system. The dining area overlooks the terrace with its Dublin mountains views, windows and skylight let the light fill the room even on overcast days. The terrace has a sofa, two deck chairs, a table and a barbecue. Downstairs, you'll find big open space room with modular sofa (which turns into two very comfy single beds), a TV, an office area for those who need to work. The main bathroom is at this level, with shower and bathtub. The bedroom is also at the third floor, it has a king size bed, cosy wall colours, shutter blinds and faces the internal courtyard, ensuring quiet nights.
