Unbeatable location next to Central Park, and walking distance from parks, museums, public transportation and fine dining restaurants. The space The space • Bedroom: Queen size bed • Common Area - Couch with memory foam mattress, desk • Huge walking closet. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped - stove, oven, refrigerator and a dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include a knife set, coffee maker/Nespresso machine, utensils and cookware. BATHROOM Complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper) and a hair dryer. DINING Dining table with seating for 3 people that opens to the living area. Walk-up building. NO ELEVATOR (4th floor) PARKING There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note there is alternate side parking most days. Different days for different streets around the neighborhood. Please make sure to read all signs to make sure you don't get a ticket! OTHER AMENITIES -The apartment has a 50 inch TVs, Sony Playstation, High-Speed WiFi, a heater and AC. -Free weights, yoga mat. Guest access an entire apartment Other things to note Other things to note * Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking inside or outside of the house will result in an automatic loss of security deposit. * It is a quiet building and not a place to stay if you want to party and play loud music. *Can I check-in early? We’ll do our best to make it happen! But It’s best to plan for a 4PM check-in in case we're unable to accommodate an early check-in. *Luggage storage: We may allow early drop off. Unfortunately we do not have our own storage space. You can find several places in the city that store any bag for as little as $6.90/day. Contact me for more information. *We do not offer daily cleaning, however if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost. *MAIL & PACKAGES: We are not proving key from mail box but you are free to order any packages to the building. However, we will not take responsibility for mail packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location. *Pets are welcome! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet with a pet weight limit of 50 lbs per pet and up to 1 pet only. Any unauthorized pets will result a penalty of $300 which will go towards deep cleaning of the property.
