The house is a charming spot for your privacy and peace, for resting in your bedroom, feeling the nature in the hamac, or maybe enjoying a relaxing Wellness Therapy with one of the well known Therapists of the area, right next on outside Valence. The property offers a large swimming pool of 18 x 7 m, surrounded by gardens and views of the Valley and the Ocean. A private path surrounds the house, for short walks of about 250m within gardens with a nice variety of flowers and trees that attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and other species. The volleyball court is also used to play badminton and other activities. Guest access Located right in middle of Hacienda Los Sueños Private Nature Reserve, this charming spot, provides the highest privacy you may deserve. Having nice spaces for most activities such as biking and hiking around the reserve, or outside to the beaches and little town of San Juanillo, located 2.5Kms north, we you can find restaurants such as Ancient People with Mediterranean and vegan food, Buddha Restaurant, Peruvian Restaurant, Restaurante Brisas del Mar y Cocobolo Front Beach restaurant. Also some grocery stores are available. Closest Beaches are Bocas de Rosario, Sonidos del Mar and La India Beach at less that 1KM. Ostional Beach is around 1.5Km and San Juanillo beach is 2.5Kms far on the road. To get around the area, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. You can also use quad or motorcycle. There are private Tuk-Tuk transportation services with routes to Nosara, Ostional, San Juanillo, Marbella, Santa Cruz.
