If you are taller than 6"1", you may find the downstairs to be less than ideal. There are several places where you will likely need to duck in order to avoid bumping your head. KING BEDROOM: Featuring a king-sized bed with a memory foam topper and high-quality linens, a comforter, and extra blankets to stay warm. Space heater for those looking for more warmth. TWO QUEEN BEDROOMS: Cuddle into a pillow-top queen-sized bed featuring hotel-quality linens, a comforter, and extra blankets. Space heater for those looking for more warmth. BATHROOMS: The upstairs bathroom features an antique claw-foot tub surrounded by early 20th-century detailing. Both bathrooms have plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. KITCHEN: Fully equipped to prepare any meal you desire. This includes an array of spices and olive oil. Stainless appliances and granite counters. Convection Oven. Microwave. Dishwasher. Complimentary coffee service. TWO LIVING ROOMS: Relax either upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs features very comfortable furniture and a 50" flat-screen TV. Lounge downstairs warmed by the victorian gas fireplace while stretched out on the large sectional sofa. 60" flat-screen TV downstairs. Both televisions feature Roku TV, Hulu Streaming, ESPN+, and Disney+. SUNROOM: Enjoy the morning sun with your coffee or tea in the warm and inviting sunroom with rattan-style linen cushioned chairs. Space heater and blankets for those looking for more warmth. COVERED FRONT PORCH: If the weather is nice, you will enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch and porch swing while watching the neighbors stroll by. COVERED BACK PORCH: Featuring Adirondack Rocking Chairs, a Porch Swing, an outdoor dining table to seat 6, and a fully equipped Gas Grill. Guest access ENTRY: Guests at South Gaylord Charm have full access to the home, front yard, and backyard. Your entry to the house is through the main front door using a keypad on the deadbolt lock. This will allow you to check yourself in anytime after 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made for early check-in. FREE PARKING: You can always park for free on the street right in front of our home. You will need to display a parking pass (which we provide) from your rearview mirror if your car is parked on the west side of the street (in front of the house) on Thursday, Friday or Saturday night from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight). No parking pass is required at any other time. No parking pass is ever required on the other side of the street (east side). The parking pass is in the left side top drawer under the TV. Please return the pass to the drawer before you leave. We cannot replace this pass and need it for future guests. We will charge $100 for a parking pass that is not returned.
