You'll be the only guests in this quiet countryside farm stay B&B. Situated in the heart of mid Wales with walks on the doorstep. Ideal for a 1 night stop-over or a long weekend. Breakfast included. Perfect for couples, a small family, or group of friends. 2 x double bedrooms. Sleeps 1 - 4 guests. Guest lounge with TV, books & games. Guest bathroom. Light breakfast included. Tea / Coffee provided. Lunch & evening meals also available by separate request. The space Rural smallholding down a quiet lane in a peaceful countryside setting in lovely mid-Wales. Dark skies, no street lights, enjoy the peace and quiet. Visit the nearby river for wild swimming, take a nice evening walk direct from the doorstep or visit the goats !! Storage for bikes. Parking for 2 cars. A light breakfast is included. Cooked breakfasts, packed lunches and hearty evening meals are also available if required. There are 2 x large double bedrooms, both with double beds, on the 1st floor of the main house and these 2 bedrooms share the guest bathroom (towels & bedding provided). There is a guest lounge with TV, books & games and a small kitchenette with sink, fridge / freezer and washing machine, along with a kettle & cutlery / plates. Tea, coffee, sugar & milk are provided. A light breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit) is included. Note: there are no cooking facilities for guests. Guest access You'll be the only guests - so have complete privacy. Guest entrance. Parking for 2 cars. Storage for bikes. Private guest lounge with books, games & TV. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk all provided. Dining room for breakfast (light breakfast included). Small kitchenette area with fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine, cutlery, plates, kettle. 2 x double bedrooms with double beds (bedding & towels provided). These two bedrooms share the guest bathroom. The host is around to answer any questions & serve breakfast but you will have your own privacy and are free to come and go as you please. Packed lunches, evenings meals and cooked breakfasts are also available. If you want to explore there are lovely forest & hill walks on the doorstep, wild swimming in the local river, visit nearby Lake Vyrnwy, or come and meet the goats !!! During your stay Meet & greet on arrival, help with any questions, serve breakfast in the morning and occasionally around during the day but the aim is to afford guests peace, quiet and privacy. Other things to note Situated in a rural location near the village of Dolanog, the nearest amenities (shops, pubs, petrol) are situated in the villages of Llanfair Caereinion, Meifod and Llanfyllin (all approx 15 mins drive). For evening meals, Llanfair Caereinion has 3 good pubs and a chinese takeaway and is approx 15 mins drive. The nearest main town of Welshpool with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and facilities is about 25 mins drive. 2 friendly quiet dogs live in the kitchen but have no access to guests or the rest of the house. Suitable for adults and children over 5, but not suitable for babies / infants due to the stairs and having no facilities for toddlers. Tea/Coffee provided. A light Breakfast is included.
