This modern fully air-conditioned apartment with sea views is the perfect holiday hideaway; comprising master and 2nd bedroom that can be divided into a 2nd and 3rd, en-suite and 2nd bathroom, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, balcony with room for dining, pantry/utility area and atrium with storage. Secure underground parking and use of bed, bath and beach linens included. 5 minutes’ walk to restaurants, supermarché, bakery, newsagents, delicatessen and pharmacy. The space This modern 1st floor apartment boasting sea views comprises: - a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe and chest of drawers and under-mattress storage; - a second bedroom with storage space which can be partitioned into two bedrooms (2nd and 3rd bedroom) equipped with a double bed and a single bed which can be converted into another double bed; - a second bathroom; - a hallway with storage space; - a fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area; - a cosy sitting room with two three-seater settees, coffee table and entertainment console; - a sea view balcony with room for table and chairs or sun loungers; - a utility room with white goods, storage and drying area; and, - an underground car park with one space available (included in rental). Guest access Private access to the apartment and access to the building underground car park with one reserved space (included in rental). Other things to note Booking fees INCLUDE: - one underground secure parking space (details below); - use of bed, bath and beach linens; - tourist tax; and, - fibre-optic WIFI. Parking space: This is a real premium for our guests in Llafranc with parking spaces in the area scarce and on-street parking metered. The underground parking space is suitable for cars weighing 2.5t max, with a maximum height of 2m, width of 2.8m and maximum length of 5m. Please note the parking space is accessible via a car lift behind a narrow gate on a sloped corner. If you have any concerns about the accessibility, please let me know.
