Sunset Point Lake House

Super cute, old, little lake house located on Lake Butte Des Mortes in Oshkosh, WI. It definitely lives up to its name with the most breathtaking sunsets. Perfect spot for biking, hiking, bonfires, and relaxing. Walking distance to Wiouwash Trail. Ideal location for couples, but sleeps 4 (1 king bed & 2 twin beds). 1 little bathroom (Please note: I do not supply firewood, there is NOT a grill on the deck, and there is NOT a dock or parking for boats) insta: @yellowdoorsunsetpoint The space The house uses well water, there is a filter and water softener. It is not harmful to consume in any way. But I do know it is not a preferred taste (especially for folks coming from the city) so there is a filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator as well! Master bedroom: king sized bed (very soft) Guest room: twin bed (adjustable firmness with remote) Additional sleeping space blocked off with a room divider(no door): twin bed 1 full bathroom- please note this is a small space. Both TVs are smart TVs for streaming (no cable including no local channels) and there is an Amazon fire stick in the main bedroom. This is not a hotel. It’s a little, old house. Please, do not hesitate to reach out with any issues. Assume positive intent— we want you to have an amazing time 💛 Other things to note SUMMER/SPRING The lake is swimmable at your own risk. The shoreline is pretty rocky/slippery (I would suggest water shoes). I do not have a dock or way to dock your boat. I do not offer kayaks/ paddle boards, but there are some rental businesses in the area. Stairs are required to get in/out all entrances/exits in unit.
