The space The contemporary designed, ground floor room, which can accommodate up to two adults, includes a Silentnight deluxe bed, Sony flat screen TV with Fire TV including Prime, Netflix and Disney, Tassimo, fridge and wifi. Your adjacent bathroom includes a wash basin and toilet. Your main bathroom features a Mira Azora electric shower, bath, wash basin and toilet. Complimentary toiletries, linen and towels are provided for guests. A hairdryer, umbrella, iron and ironing board are also available for your use during your stay. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer can be made available for your use during your stay for an extra fee. Private off road parking is also included for one vehicle. Cycle storage and secure garage storage is also be available, if required. Guest access This is a ground floor bedroom. Guests have access to their room, private bathroom and the first floor bathroom. During your stay I am happy to spend time with you or respect your privacy if you would prefer. I can also help with directions and share my knowledge of Exeter and its surrounding areas. Feel free to ask.
