Cozy and spacious apartment (90 sqm) on the first floor of our family house, just 20 m from the beach. Ideal for 4 to a maximum of 5 guests, it enjoys a central location with everything within reach for a relaxing stay. We offer our guests Kangen ionized alkaline water, perfect for optimal hydration even on vacation. We also have an adjacent apartment (separate entrance) for 3 people, ideal for friends or family who want to stay close yet independent. The space Brand new apartment situated on the 1st floor of the family house, 20 mt distance from the beach, suitable for 4 or max 5 people. The apartment is spacious, about 90sq meters and it has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave), living room with sofa and a private balcony (where you can have breakfast (side protected from the sun in the morning). The apartment has been recently renovated, from a single large apartment 2 have been built; this one of 90 square meters and the adjacent one of 50 square meters, therefore there's also the possibility of hosting 2 families of friends or relatives who want to be close but still independent. It has central position. All you need for relaxing and pleasant stay is very near. On walking distance you can reach beaches, bars, shops, restaurants, traditional konobas (traditional cuisine ), ferry boat, taxi and bus station. Towels, blankets and sheets are included in the price. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (not included in the price of the stay, but on request, with a supplement of 5 euros / day to be paid directly on the spot). You can park your own car in the front yard. We speak english and italian and we're at your disposal for any help or any information. Hope to see you soon!
