For those loving adventures, there's plenty of exciting activities to do, sights to see, and fantastic places to visit within 10-40 minutes. We have vacation information in our rental for you! After a day of hiking, exploring, or whatever brings you to the Springs, relax by the gas fireplace, soak in the master bedroom's spacious garden tub, or upload those exciting photos (or get some work done - we know how it goes) over the 200mbps wifi. Bringing the kids? We have a shuffleboard table, corn-hole set, books, toys, video games and board games available. We also have a swing set, sand box, and playhouse in the back yard for the little ones. And if they're really little, we have a pack'n'play, high chair, outlet protectors, and portable baby gate. Feel like cooking up a delicious gourmet dinner? The kitchen has a full set of dishes, ceramic non-stick pans, utensils and everything you'll need. An outdoor picnic table & propane grill are perfect for summer BBQs. We include breakfast: pancake mix, syrup, and a griddle are ready for a lazy morning brunch around the table. All 3 televisions are smart TV's so you can sign into your favorite video apps. We also provide Amazon Prime Video. The master bedroom has a PlayStation 4, two controllers, and a selection of games. The kitchen has color changing mood lights. Guest access Your AirBnB is a 1500sf. portion of our home including most of the main floor and the entire second level. Your space is fully private with a separate entrance and back yard. Our family lives in the other half of the property with a separate entrance and yard. You have exclusive access through the front door using the self check-in keypad. The living room, a full kitchen, and dining area are on the main floor, while 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs (please ensure all guests can use the stairs). A spacious fenced yard with a children's play area and grill is accessed through the back door. All of these are fully private for you to enjoy! The laundry room is conveniently accessed after scheduling an appointment with me. You'll gain access via a timed Bluetooth lock during your scheduled time frame. Laundry detergent is provided. The left driveway parking spot is reserved for you while free street parking accommodates additional vehicles. Other things to note The hammocks are stored during the winter months due to high winds. For stays longer than 7 days, we provide weekly cleanings, fresh linens, and supplies. Service Animals: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people and of AirBnB's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. My husband suffers from pet allergies, and therefore we can only welcome non-shedding/no dander animal companions into our home.
