Guest suite in Montreal

The apartment we offer is located a few minutes by metro from UQAM, the Université de Montréal and McGill University. The space Located on a quiet street, in the heart of the Island of Montreal, the apartment we offer is well equipped. Note that the parish of Saint-Édouard (now called Petite-Patrie) was opened to residents over a hundred years ago. Our triplex was built in 1908. Thus, the kitchen counter is up to the standards of the time and the walls, although repainted, are made of period plaster. We are within walking distance of the Beaubien metro station, which takes you to the city center in 8 minutes. A Bixi station is located across the street. We are also at the gates of Little Italy, a few blocks from the popular Marché Jean-Talon. The 72-square-meter apartment includes a kitchen, double room, living room and bathroom. It was renovated (electricity and plumbing redone) in 2012. A washer and dryer are provided as well as access to the Wifi network. Montreal is a city where you can taste cuisines from all over the world. We can suggest a list of Salvadoran, Indian, French, Italian, North African, Mexican and even more restaurants. It can also be interesting to get a good meal and eat it at the apartment or to visit one of the many grocery stores in the area and cook a good meal.
