Classic on Clayton is an original 1970's beach shack that has recently been brought into the 21st century with all the mod cons you could need for a beach holiday but keeping the charm and some of the original furniture of the era in which it was built. This is a relaxed family beach house, suitable for all generations to holiday together. Located a short stroll to the beach or drive around the corner to be able to drive straight onto the beach so you can setup for the day. The space The house itself features two spacious living spaces. The rear living room also with bunk beds. The kitchen is your classic 1970’s original eat in style with 8 seater dining table. There are three bedrooms, the main with king, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with double bed and single bed. One bathroom with shower. Two separate toilets. The garden areas are all newly planted out and include vegetables, citrus, grape vines and even a pineapple plant! The plantings of woolley bushes and Lilly Pilly screening plants will provide a lovely green oasis to enjoy while you relax outside and enjoy a casual BBQ. There is an indoor slow combustion fireplace as well as a backyard fire pit. We do provide some kindling wood in the carport area but please being your own larger fire wood. 2 minute walk to beach. - 180 metres. *One well behaved dog is welcome on holiday with you with prior permission. There is a separate $75 pet fee payable. *Bed linen and bath towels are provided as well as a few beach towels. *Sorry strictly no smoking on the property at all so if you’re a smoker or anyone in your group are, please don’t book this house. *We also have a strict no party policy. Guest access Guests have access to the full house except one cupboard that stores cleaning products and linen. The garage is also not accessible by guests. Other things to note Kindling for the fire pit is provided to help get the fire started. Guests will need to bring their own fire wood. Perimetre fencing is minimum 93cm high - note that larger dogs may be able jump this height of fence. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen sink has a newly installed filtered water tap (twin filters). A high chair is available upon request at no charge - please advise us, if its required, upon booking. There is a security camera to front car park area (fixed to front of house, looking back to street).
