Enjoy delicious tapas and a glass of wine on your balcony while your children play in the pool... The apartments have air conditioning, heating, a safe, intercom and a private balcony with furniture. The apartments have a contemporary design and consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath) and a living room with a sofa, audio system (Sonos) and TV (40 inch), free WiFi (fiber optic). The apartment is located in block 2 on the first floor. The apartment is furnished with a sofa, armchair, audio equipment, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc. Guest access You will receive the keys from our English, Dutch and Spanish speaking representative on site. You can contact them after you collected your rental car or when you are in a taxi. When you go by own car, call them an hour before you will arrive. You have access to your apartment of course, but also you can use the communaal garden with playground equipment for the smallest children and the swimming pool. In the pool there is an area for the smallest kids and next to the pool there is the opportunity for sun tanning. Arrival: • After 8:00 PM we charge an additional €30 • After midnight we charge an additional €50 This amount must be paid in cash on site to our representative. Other things to note We rent for a minimum of 3 nights. Upon arrival, you must pay a €150 cash deposit to our Spanish representative. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit. There is an electricity meter in the apartment so you can monitor your own consumption.
