Includes free private parking in a nearby building (maximum height 1.90 m) and an optional airport transfer service. The apartment features two bedrooms, a dining area and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed upon request, depending on the number of guests. Bedding is provided at check-in. The fully equipped kitchen and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighbourhood make it ideal for families and small groups. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, except for a few locked cupboards used for accommodation support. Other things to note Accommodation forms – For legal and safety reasons, all guests (including children and babies) must complete the online accommodation forms before arrival. The link is sent after booking, and all guests must present valid ID at check-in. Flexible timing – Early check-in, late check-in and late check-out may be possible upon prior request and are subject to availability. Maximum capacity – The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests (adults and/or children) + 1 baby. This limit cannot be exceeded. Baby equipment – Available upon prior request. Additional costs may apply. Sofa bed – Available upon prior request, depending on the number of guests. Bedding is provided at check-in. Internet – Suitable for general use and streaming. High-speed connections for intensive remote work cannot be guaranteed. Construction – As in any building in Lisbon, occasional construction work may occur in the building or nearby, within legal hours. Noise sensors – Noise sensors are installed at the entrance and on the balcony to prevent disturbances with neighbours. These devices do not record sound or conversations. Private parking – Located in another building, approximately 100 metres away, with a maximum height limit of 1.90 m. Keys are provided at check-in. Storage cupboards – Some cupboards are locked and used for accommodation support. Electronic lock – The apartment door features an electronic lock (code or tag), used to support the in-person check-in and for added security during the stay.
