Centro Studios & Apartments are situated in the centre of Zante Town, and they are newly built! They offer their guests close proximity to everything an island capital has to offer – such as amazing boat trips and excursions! The space The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 3 guests or 2 adults + 2 children (upon request). The apartment is split in two levels. At the ground floor there is an open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A few steps down to the basement there are two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one more with semi double (1.20m) bed as well as a bathroom with shower. The apartment has no balcony, whereas there is an outdoor shared area where the drying rack is found. The roof terrace is a shared space with sunbeds and tables with chairs, where you can relax and enjoy a lovely view of the town square and the castle. Among the numerous amenities, the following are included: - 24h hot water - Air-conditioning/Heating - Safety Deposit Box - Wi-Fi Guest access Guests will be welcomed in person by the host upon arrival. We will contact you a few days before your arrival, in order to arrange your welcome meeting.
