SUNNY BEACH BARI is a beachside retreat or a business stop, away from the city and traffic, on the GROUND FLOOR of a condominium building on the new Waterfront, in the San Girolamo area of ​​Bari. Outside the building, there's free public parking, a public beach (with pebbles), a children's playground, and a bike/pedestrian path. The "Lido San Francesco" (sandy beach with facilities) is 1 km away, the airport is 6 km, the Bari Fair is 2 km, and the Central Station is 7 km. The space Sunny Beach Bari's style is modern, linear, and simple, but the exotic wallpaper adds a fresh, original touch, while the bathroom colors evoke the sea. All the furnishings are newly purchased, and since opening, every detail requested by its customers has been added. Through a shared entrance door, the house is divided into two independent units: the "SUNNY ROOM" on the left and the "BEACH ROOM" on the right, each with a private bathroom. Our apartment offers air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and a laundry room located in the shared entrance area. THERE IS NO HOB, but there is a microwave, as well as everything you need for breakfast, from a coffee machine with capsules to a refrigerator and sink. The BEDROOM has a double bed, an open wardrobe with drawers, and a desk. The BATHROOM has a shower and bidet and is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The window overlooks the street and unfortunately DOES NOT OFFER A SEA VIEW, as it is on the ground floor. Right next door is a restaurant: "La Brace Accesa," which offers a good value for money. There are various amenities in the neighborhood, including a bar: "Crema & Cioccolato", a pharmacy, a supermarket: "Coop", an American Bar: "Mamma Mia", a pizzeria/deli delivery: "Rosa dei venti", one of the best-stocked shops in Southern Italy for Surfing/Windsurfing/Katesurfing: "Impact Surf Shop", which in addition to selling sports equipment, organizes sea trips and wonderful experiences related to the world of sport, and finally a very professional Surf school known throughout Southern Italy: "Scuola SURF BARI" Guest access BEACH ROOM is located on the GROUND FLOOR of a condominium building, so there are no stairs or steps. Other things to note Please note that our property is located within an apartment building. We ask our guests to respect a few simple rules of communal living, such as: • LOCK the apartment door • REPRESENT SILENCE during the night on the stairs • PLEASE DO NOT enter or exit in SWIMSUIT. Other things to keep in mind: Please remember that each guest must present a valid ID at check-in, and the Host is required to report the arrival of guests to the police and the municipality (with the ID details). You can enter independently with the codes we will send you on the day of arrival, but before entering the house, we kindly ask you to stop by "Bar Crema & Cioccolato" (around the corner on Via Tomasicchio), where a friend of ours can verify your ID.
