The space We hope you enjoy a relaxing stay in our newly renovated, 1200SF two-storey loft on Historic Front Street. The condo is located in a secure building with elevator access. - Full kitchen, laundry, 2 baths, large patio with BBQ and outdoor dining area. - Cozy king bed in upper loft and queen sofa bed on main level. - Fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee, tea and spices - Dining room with 4 person table and chairs - Living space w/gas fireplace, smart TV ( Netflix, Prime and Disney using your own accounts for login). - The queen sofa sleeper is located in the main living space and offers an upgraded foam mattress and high quality linens for extra comfort. - Main floor has 3-Piece bathroom with shower - Stairs to the loft bedroom w/ comfortable king size bed, a large ensuite bathroom with tub, and large walk-in closet - Large covered patio backing onto creek and walking path with dining area and BBQ gas grill - FREE secure parking - In-suite laundry with laundry pods provided - Telus PUR Fibre high speed wi-fi throughout the unit. - All rooms are furnished and equipped with the comforts and amenities of home - There are beautiful bright views from all areas of the condo, with 17' high ceilings and large windows throughout! **SNOWBIRD RATES available. Inquire with host.** Guest access Guest will access the condo building from a private secured entrance at both the front and back of the building. A key is required for access and will be provided through a lockbox or key drop (time confirmed with each guest). There is elevator and stair access to the second floor where the condo is located. The condo unit is accessed by a coded keypad. Code will be provided prior to check-in. There is one parking spot available in the secured parking garage under the building, and is accessible off of Front Street by a key FOB. (Note: Large trucks may not fit into parking spot).
