By breaking this rule, the responsibility and consequences will be entirely up to those responsible. - Maintain good relations with the neighbors by avoiding loud sounds, noise and disorder in the building's common areas - No loud noise, above what is allowed by law, inside the apartment (keep the law of silence) -We do not provide bed linen or bath towels. - Return the apartment clean and tidy - Prohibited circulation and use of food and beverages in the rooms - Respect the condominium rules -Parking and/or entry of only 01 (One) small or medium-sized vehicle is allowed (entry and/or parking of more than 01 vehicle in the building's garage is not allowed. Large vehicles such as pickup trucks are not allowed due to the size/capacity of the available parking space) -It is expressly forbidden for more people to stay in the apartment than stated on the reservation, with only the persons informed at the time of booking being allowed to occupy the apartment -The reservation cannot be transferred to third parties
