Cozy Lake House on the Bike Path

Welcome to our Cozy Lake House, a three bedroom- two full bath 1700 square foot home, with use of an attached garage for one vehicle. There is a game room in the basement with a pool table and a TV. There is a large TV in the Living Room as well as a TV in the Master Bedroom. The home is 40 minutes to Jay Peak, 50 minutes to Burke Mountain and less than a mile from access to the "VAST" Snowmobile Trail Network. We are just a few miles from downtown Newport for shopping and Restaurants. The space The Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room all have high ceilings to create an open feel. The home has stunning yellow birch floors throughout, with the exception of the two full bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a large tiled shower as well as a soaking tub, and the second Bathroom has just been updated with all new fixtures. The home has 3 TV’s ; a 55 inch in the Living Room and 32” TV’s in the Master Bedroom and Game Room. There is direct access to the Newport Bike Path from our large yard, which is groomed for Cross Country Skiing in the Winter. There is also an attached garage with one bay available to our guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of some storage areas in the basement. There is an attached garage, and guests will be able to park 1 car in the Garage and will have a remote Garage Door Opener. Other things to note Due to insurance restrictions, the wood stove is not available to our Guests.
