Fantastically located quarter apartment in the Altbremer-Haus from 1905 in a quiet side street! Best central yet quiet location. Everything is at walking distance. Downtown 10 min., neighborhood around the corner, train station 10 min. away. Imaginative building, inside and out. Great street with class. You leave the house and in the next street life begins, cafés, shopping, just everything. The space The location is simply a dream on foot. The streets you cross will take you to the water of the ramparts or to the Weser, downtown or through the neighborhood. Theater, art gallery, cathedral and old town are all within walking distance. The way there allows you to discover a lot. The neighborhood, with its pub culture and restaurants, starts just one block away. The tram stop with various lines is a 5-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away. The airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The apartment was lovingly and extensively renovated by us until August 2020. We have furnished and equipped it according to our ideas. The space no. 8 The apartment is a 1-room apartment and is located on the 1st floor on the raised ground floor. In the living room, there is a large bunk bed. Covered bedding is provided. The kitchen has stovetops, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and various dishes and cooking utensils. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, washbasin, shower and a hairdryer. You do not need to pack towels and bath towels, everything is available. About cleaning costs and keeping animals We love animals! Unfortunately, there are also people who are allergic, so please understand that we will carry out a more extensive cleaning for the benefit of the following guests, in case you arrive with your companion. Accordingly, we unfortunately have to charge a cleaning fee of 30 euros for guests with pets. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access You can easily access your apartment without an appointment via a coded key safe. Other things to note Dear guests, please find attached our terms and conditions 1. These terms and conditions are part of the rental agreement. 2. You will receive the code for the key safe by email after receipt of payment. 3. We hope you understand that your apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, as our cleaning team must prepare the property for the next guests. 4. On the day of departure, we would like to ask you to strip the beds, clean your dishes and dispose of the garbage in the designated garbage cans in front of the house. Failure to do so will result in an expense allowance of 20 euros. 5. If you have to cancel your binding reservation, we will immediately release the apartment and try to find another guest for the period. If the entire period can be rented again, you will incur 20% of the costs. Only for the days that have remained free, we charge the full daily rent without final cleaning costs and costs for bed linen and towels. 6. Any damage caused by the guest must be reported to the landlord immediately. Full settlement of damages is required by the contractor, either directly or through a non-life insurer. 7. The rental agreement is only valid upon receipt of full payment and upon receipt of the guest's data, name, mobile number, and copy of identity card. 8. Some apartments include washing machines that are needed by our cleaning staff. Therefore, we may have to use the washing machine in your apartment during your stay, so we will enter your apartment.
