My Cozy Little Crib - Sea Residence - Tower C

Looking for a cozy and homely place to stay a while in Manila? Our unit is short walk from IKEA, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, SM by the Bay and more; 15-20 mins away from the airport via Skyway. Our place is a great starting point for your trip, mayt it be for business or just a short holiday. Most attractions in Manila and surrounding areas can easily be accessed by public transport from MOA, or simply use Grab or taxi. The space My crib is on the 11th Floor of the Sea Residence with internet connection. It's your little house away from home, complete enough to cater for your basic needs: bed/s to rest, toilet, microwave and kettle to make your tea or coffee. Unfortunately we do not allow cooking inside the unit to maintain a clean place free of residual smells. We highly request microwave should not be used to heat up strong smelling foods for the same reason. Further, our crib's toilet is not big enough to accommodate washing machine. Hot or cold water shower (we provide tissue rolls, towels, shampoo and body wash). Available within the property or nearby area: 24 hours convenience stores Spa and Nail and Hair salons Restaurants Laundry Guest access Guest can have access to the pool for a fee. Should you choose to use the pool facility, you can pay directly to the Admin of the Sea, or arrange with us beforehand especially during weekend (Saturdays and Sunday is a non working day for Admin). Pool access fee: 150 PHP for regular days, 300 PHP for public holidays. You can also relax at the very welcoming lobby. Other things to note We strongly suggest that you read the House Rules under Policies before booking our Crib. Highlights: 3 guest for the nightly fee, after this additional fee for 4th person shall be applied. Strictly no smoking. Cooking is not allowed. Microwave is available to heat food that has no strong smell. Maintain cleanliness of the place. Admin rules must be respected. Loud noise should be avoided in consideration of other tenants especially after 10 pm to 7 am.
