This condo rents as a full unit and is the entire right side of the building...all three levels. A wonderful place for multiple families, this condo has everything needed for an amazing stay. Wonderful for families, weddings, reunions. We have other rentals in the Boyne areas and another property just two doors away The space Our condo has an Up North feel and is a wonderful ski lodge or summer venue with many amenities that make it extra comfortable and extremely clean. It is not a party condo but a family home and we expect it to be treated as such. No smoking or pets are allowed. This condo has two bedrooms and a loft upstairs; the first room has two queens, the master has a king bed and the loft (it is open air but no one can see you when you are in the loft; also has ensuite full bath) has two queens. The lower level has two bedrooms; one has a king and the second has two queens. We rent many properties at the mountain. Ask if you are looking for multiple properties and we are happy to help. You will have full access, loft, main floor and downstairs. The downstairs is actually on the main level walking in from the parking lot. If you have those who have difficulty with stairs, this level has everything they would need. We have properties in around Boyne City, East Jordan, Harbor Springs and on Lake Charlevoix.
