Do you want to get away from the daily chaos and enjoy a relaxing stay? Stella Alpina is a charming and elegant house in a recently renovated period building in the historic center of Zuclo-Borgo Lares. It accommodates up to 7 people, who can spend relaxing and rejuvenating days here, take walks in the mountains, ski in winter, or simply rest. It is located in a strategic position, well connected and at the same time super quiet, absolutely worth discovering! The space This beautiful accommodation, functionally furnished for travelers from around the world, with multiple beds, has an open-space living area, very cozy and bright with a kitchen complete with all appliances (refrigerator-freezer, oven, fires, dishwasher), and super-equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, various utensils, tablecloths, table (extendable), for the cold period wood-burning stove and oil in addition to methane heating (firewood is provided on request). There is a 40" Samsung TV, Wi-Fi connection, and a comfortable sofa bed. Two suites equipped with every comfort and queen-size double beds will be at your disposal, one with more modern finishes and a characteristic stone wall and the other more in Tyrolean style, equipped with a private balcony with enchanting views of the mountains. Then there is a third room with a single bed communicating with the Suite furnished in Tyrolean style. Each room has the right level of privacy, whether you're a big family or a group of friends; the reasonable price, however, makes it perfect even for single travelers or couples. The bathroom offers a spacious Jacuzzi cabin with a bathtub-shower, complete with radio, lights and side whirlpool, complete sanitary facilities, welcome kit with shower-shampoo, soap, intimate cleanser, shower cap and hairdryer. For each guest, you will find towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, and everything you need to make your stay perfect. You will have various custom-made cabinets and compartments to accommodate all your belongings, including luggage, in maximum comfort. There is also a practical storage room and a secondary entrance used as a laundry room, with a convenient washing machine and an attic that could be used for hanging out clothes. Finally, two gardens and free parking spaces are at your disposal. (Implementing Regulation): a) Minors up to the age of fourteen; b) those who receive treatment at public hospital health facilities and private accredited, affiliated with the national health service located in the the province; c) persons accompanying patients admitted to accredited public and private hospital health facilities public and private accredited, affiliated with the national health service, located in the provincial territory, within the limit of one companion per patient; d) persons entitled pursuant to Article 3 of Law No. 104 of February 5, 1992 104 (Framework Law for the Assistance, Social Integration and Rights of Disabled Persons), whose disability status is certified in accordance with current Italian legislation and similar provisions of the countries of origin for foreign citizens and their companion; e) applicants for international protection, unaccompanied foreign minors and victims of trafficking temporarily accommodated in accommodation facilities; f) subjects who stay in facilities following measures taken by public authorities to deal with emergency situations resulting from calamitous or extraordinary events.
