Our artisan crafted home has hickory hard wood floors and trim through out. This is a perfect place for couples, families or friends to spend quality time. Crystal Lake beach near by in Beulah seven miles from Lake Michigan. Enjoy a day on the farm, orchard or labyrinth. We accept well behaved dogs, we accept the second after we communicate with you about your pets. We ask No pets on furniture. Our friendly dog, Jazzy Bear roams our property, off leash. let us know if you are not OK with this. The space We welcome you to our Farm Our beautiful artisan crafted Studio apartment is passive solar, with hickory hard wood floors and custom trim through out. There is 8 steps going up to a deck and into the foyer with a large closet with cabinets and washer and dryer and tile floor. A glass panel door opens up into the great room with west side round walls with 2 couches which open to queen size couch beds with memory foam for comfort. There is a hickory staircase (ladder) leading up to the sleeping loft with a full size mattress, it has 4 pull out baskets on each side if the bed for your clothes or items, with a octagon screened in window above it looking out to the northern back yard that has chairs around the campfire and fire wood with a picnic table, hammock, a storage shed with some room for your inner tubes and beech toys . There is also an out door grill with propane tank. There are 9 steps going up to the back deck and rear entrance into the kitchen. The trolley clothes line with clothes pins off the back deck is handy to hang up your wet clothes towels swim suits ect... The full kitchen has a double stainless steel sink a double door refrigerator/ freezer, cupboards full of most of the kitchen items that you will need and an electric stove with a microwave above it with Plenty of counter space to prepare and serve food. There is a small bathroom next to the Kitchen with a Mexican sink with petoskey stone and agate counter, a cherry wood cabinet with towels linens ect... and a stand up shower and a small western window above the toilet with a cherry stained door with hooks behind it to hang towels clothes ect... From the kitchen you enter the large open great room with a sturdy hickory staircase leading up to the sleeping loft. We are half hour from Sleeping Bear Dunes. Two miles from the beach on Crystal Lake in Beulah seven miles from Lake Michigan. We can Not accommodate Construction Crews. Guest access Llama Meadows Farm is a sixteen acre organic fruit and vegetable farm. We use to have llamas, We are two miles south of Crystal Lake and seven miles east of Lake Michigan. Our-house is passive solar. The fruit we grow includes apples, pears, figs, paw paws and kiwis . We also grow grapes, raspberries and christmas trees. We put in filberts, walnuts and pecans. We have a beautiful labyrinth peace garden, with perennials in and around it. Trails around the farm, give you lots to see. The space is overlooking organic gardens, orchard, labyrinth in which you can explore. We are half hour from Sleeping Bear Dunes and only two miles from Crystal Lake. 7 Miles to Lake Michigan. Other things to note Lots of things to do, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Great Beaches - Lake Michigan and Crystal Lake, Tube the Platt River, Traverse City (shopping, foodie town, lots of microbrew pubs) Kayaks, canoes, tubes and bikes are able to rent locally.
