Vacation home Amelie The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-generation hillside house and has a living area of 100 m². A shared staircase leads to your apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2020 and lovingly newly furnished. As this is a non-smoking apartment, we ask that you use the terrace for smoking. Pets are not allowed. In front of the apartment entrance is a cloakroom where you can put your street shoes, jackets, etc. The spacious hallway leads to all other rooms, so there is no passage room. Kitchen The modern, newly furnished kitchen is accessible from both the hallway and the living/dining room. It is equipped with: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, toaster and egg cooker, filter and pad coffee machine, drinking water bubbler, dishes and cookware, dishcloths and tea towels Living/dining room The spacious living room with leather couch (2-seater and 3-seater)  and extendable dining table with 4 chairs offers plenty of space for the whole family. If necessary, an additional chair or a small child seat can be provided. Access to your own terrace. Bedroom / children's room The 1.40 m wide box spring bed can sleep 1-2 people as desired. For creative kids or for a workplace with a laptop, the extendable table offers enough space. The comfortable armchair invites you to relax or read. You have direct access to the terrace. Bedroom The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for 2 people and a spacious wardrobe. On request, we can also build a travel bed for toddlers. Bathroom + extra toilet The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower and a sink with a mirror cabinet. In addition, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available free of charge (detergent must be brought by yourself). A hairdryer and towels are provided. In the extra toilet you will find various cleaning products. We would be delighted to welcome you to our apartment soon. A completely new and modernly furnished 100 m² apartment for 2 – 5 people with 2 separate bedrooms awaits you. The spacious terrace, equipped with comfortable seating, is accessible from both the living room and a bedroom. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the place in a quiet location. In the spacious garage belonging to the apartment, you can conveniently park your bicycles or, if necessary, the stroller in addition to the car. Your vacation home is located on a hillside on the southern edge of the beautiful municipality of Wenzenbach. The place itself offers you very good shopping, attractive children's playgrounds, various doctors, pharmacy, good restaurants (some with delivery service), gas station as well as 2 charging stations for e-cars and much more.  Wenzenbach is very conveniently accessible by car and public transport and is located about 10 km northeast of the World Heritage City of Regensburg. In just under 15 minutes, you can be in the center of Regensburg, where you can stroll through the picturesque old town and enjoy the Bavarian-Roman flair in one of the numerous cafés. For our active guests, the bike path, which is only 5 minutes away, invites you to extensive bike tours towards Falkenstein, the Regental or Regensburg. You can also enjoy our beautiful nature on numerous hiking trails on foot. For example, you can go directly from the house in a good 1.5 hours on forest paths to Walhalla, from there you can take the boat to Regensburg and take the bus back to Wenzenbach. Wenzenbach is also ideal for day trips. For example, you can reach 45 min. to Straubing 50 min. to Furth im Wald (border crossing to the Czech Republic) Landshut in 50 min 1 hour to St. Englmar 1 ¼ hours in Nuremberg 1 ½ hours to Munich 1 ½ hours to Passau (border crossing to Austria) 1 ½ hours to Großer Arber
