The Inn is closed for the winter until mid-May. Pricing Airbnb is currently showing is for 2022. We also have a chalet that sleeps up to 10 (or 12 but tighter) that has some spring and fall weekends open in 2022 and 2023 and a few weeks (Monday to Monday) in summer--7 night minimum. 2022 Inn: All summer weeks and spring/fall weekends are booked. We do have a wait list, however, if you would like to send us your dates. We can put you on our list. If requesting to be added to our wait list, do note that in summer we have a 7 night minium, from Mondays to Mondays. We do have some weeknights in spring and fall available. 2022 pricing (CAD $): $1700 per night first 2 nights, $1100/night, additional nights. Weekly: $8500, Cleaning: $580 plus HST on all of the above. No linen fee right now as guests are asked to bring all their own bedding and towels. 2023 is filling up fast, so if interested, send us your dates to check asap. July and August: 7 night minimum (Mondays to Mondays) Spring and Fall: 2 night minimum, 3 for long weekends and 5 for the Thanksgiving weekend. Do not try to book without checking with us first. 2023 pricing (CAD $): $1800 per night first 2 nights, $1200/night, additional nights. Weekly: $8900, Cleaning: $590 plus HST on all of the above. There is no linen fee right now as guests are asked to bring all their own bedding and towels. NOTE: Community fee quoted is actually the 13% HST. This amazing 1889 historic Muskoka 6400 square foot former inn is a wonderful place to get the family together and yet still maintain some sense of privacy. The 1000-square-foot Great Room sports an antique bar, huge stone center fireplace, a pool table, and dining tables with chairs for up to 30. The adjacent lounge has TV and comfie chairs. The large equipped commercial kitchen with the double Garland stove and high-speed dishwasher makes meal preparation easier. There is a laundry room too. NOTE: Rental does not include any food or drink or food preparation or housekeeping during your stay. We can possibly help you arrange a cook/housekeeper who you would pay directly. Outdoors there is a fire pit and a 1500 SF patio overlooking the lake, volleyball and basketball nets, field for games, beach, dock (seasonal), canoes, kayak and paddle boats. Cleaning fee includes up to 16 hours of cleaning upon your departure ($35 per hour if cleaning goes over that.) The grounds including the parking lot, front English garden, the 1500 sq ft patio and firepit, the back yard (perfect for games), the beach and private dock, a 4 minute walk down a hill and all 3 floors of the inn with its 10 bedrooms/10 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, laundry rooms, great room, lounge and 3 entry halls. Other things to note Please do not send a booking request without checking with us first. Thank you. 1) Owners/Managers sometimes stay next door. When renting the entire inn, it is not a Bed and Breakfast. Meals and housekeeping during your stay are not included. 2) If you wish to bring a dog, please get permission from us first. Dog rules do apply. 3) Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement. Our refund policy is as follows: a) If we are able to find a replacement, then a full refund less a $500 admin fee. b) If we are unable to find a replacement, then only refund available is the cleaning fee. So sorry but we are not able to take all the risk for other people's crazy schedules and we don't get last minute visitors knocking on our door asking for overnight accommodations for 30 people! Fortunately, when large groups are renting, it is usually just one or two people who have a change in plans, so cancellations are very rare. And when we have had cancellations with reasonable notice, we have been able to fill the spot.
