(Guest passes are not required for all other amenities). ** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day. ***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes. **Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. **Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August. OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck w/ gas grill and couch. Backyard is equipped with a gazebo, dining table, fire pit, corn hole, oversized connect four game and plenty of space.
