Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex, fully equipped with everything you need for your relaxing vacation. This home can accommodate up to 5 or 6 people, just note that the 6th person would have to sleep on the couch or air mattress. It is perfect for small family, a couples get away, or friends vacation. This place is within walking distance to the beach (10 minutes), restaurants, grocery store, Pier Park, and Frank Brown Park. The space Three monkeys provides you with *plenty of parking ( big driveway/ enough room for trucks and trailers for bike week) *fully stocked kitchen ( pots, pans,toaster,coffee maker, baking and stove top dishes, plates,and silverware). *dinning table that seats 4 and extra chairs in closet *cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, foot stools, lounge chair, and a 55” smart tv *bedroom 1 - has a queen bed with 1/2 bath and 32” smart tv * bedroom 2 - has two twin beds with 1 pullout twin and 32” smart tv *back porch- privacy fence, with bbq grill and laundry area Guest access Must stay on side A and not explore around the property. This is a duplex and both side are rentals, so please be considerate of your neighbors. The empty lot in the back is private property( NO TRESPASSING). Other things to note *Free Wi-Fi *receive towels,linens, and starter supply of soaps and paper products *the individual making the reservation 25 years of age or older and occupy the unit the entire term of the reservation. * for any extra guests over 6 people no matter the age there will be $100 per person charged *Smoke free property. There will be a $250 clean up fee for any violations. *any pets/animals that are brought in will be a $300 fee. No pets allowed!!!! * please do not leave doors open with the a/c on. It will freeze up or cause other damage. Please leave a/c setting on auto and do not turn below 69 *housewares and furniture are all inventoried by unit. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting of damages will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage to the unit or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter. *minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on the property. *the lot behind this unit is private property, you and your party must stay in and on side A * do NOT allow small children or anyone climb on any furniture, especially the dressers *trash pick up is Monday morning. I personally will take the outside trash can to the road every Sunday night * the chairs and beach cart are available upon request.
