Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when temperatures at night are in the 30's and there isn't a pool cover. Only area guests will not have access to during stay is one locked linen closet. Other things to note Park inside the garage, in the driveway or in front of the house. Please only park on the street as a last resort. No parking in front of neighbors houses. Pool is heated for an additional cost in the fall, winter and early spring months. $75/day (minimum of 3 days) or $450/week. Need 24 hour notice to heat the pool. The pool is serviced once a week. You will be made aware of the day and approximate time the pool service arrives. They come in and leave unannounced and typically only takes about 15 minutes. **Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert during the summer swimming months. If this happens, the pool will get extra dirt and debris in it. There is a pool skimmer available for your use and we will tell you how to run the pool vacuum for extra time if need be. Pest control & landscaper both come once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with one of these necessary maintenance visits. There is a ring doorbell at the front door. No other cameras or recording devices on premises. *No parties, no loud gatherings *No pets *No smoking of any kind *No loud outside activity from 9pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors
