Bright Golden home with mountain views

Stay at a pseudo-farm in the heart of downtown golden, with spacious views of mountains and climbing trails footsteps away. This is the Colorado experience with all of the convenience. Minutes from i70/6 for quick ski access or an easy commute to Denver/Boulder for city-life. There's an enormous backyard, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a cast of colorful farm animals in the yard. This is the launch-pad for a traveler looking for the absolute local CO experience. The space After taking a year plus break from hosting, we're back, and better than ever. The house is eco-friendly and has recently been remodeled with barn-wood floors, Spanish tile, a custom library, stonework landscaping throughout the yard, and detailed woodwork in the home. This is a private home, not a hotel, so it comes with plants, two dogs, the homeowner (me) and all of the little details of a true home. The dogs are named Maya and Mizu, and they live here with me part-time as well as other animals on the property (two dwarf goats). As such, this is not the ideal home for someone with severe allergies, even though it is thoroughly cleaned between all stays. This IS the ideal stay for someone who like animals and a unique airbnb experience. We are our own free-standing home, but it is important to note that there are very quiet and courteous tenants downstairs in a separate unit. I live in the space part-time, so part of the time I will be here to make sure things are running smoothly, and part of the time you will have the house all to yourself. There is an outside hut isolated from the house that functions well as an office or yoga room, and it comes with windows on all sides, a bed, and total seclusion. It's perfect for phone-calls, naps, writing, and creative work. One well-behaved, dog-friendly-dog is welcome with an additional pet-cleaning-fee of $35 per stay. Thank you! Guest access The main house is a fully furnished, private and peaceful home, complete with a private deck (with grill), a fully-stocked kitchen, a living room (with an electric fireplace), a full bathroom with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, cotton...), a large bedroom, and a king-size bed. There are stunning views from every room. The bedding is Brooklyn Bedding and very comfortable, and the towels are Turkish. During your stay I work in downtown Denver and spend a good amount of my time skiing, biking, climbing, and playing outdoors.
