Use the 10-digit code provided in your confirmation email to unlock the electronic keypad at your unit door. Press the Schlage button on top of the keypad, enter your code, and the door will unlock. Lock the door by pressing the Schlage button again when you leave. During the off-season (May-October), exterior common doors are locked. Enter through the main lobby at the east side of the building (look for the canopy-covered entrance). Use the gate code from your welcome email on the lobby keypad. Once inside, use the same code to open the lockbox at your unit door for keys to the condo, ski locker, and exterior doors. Please return these keys to the lockbox when you check out. Winter guests (November-April) should head to the security office next to the pool to collect your parking pass. The office is open 3pm-10pm daily. If you arrive outside these hours, leave the parking form in the drop-box on the wall and return after 3pm to pick up your pass. Other things to note You have access to an indoor pool during your stay. Grab the pool key from inside the condo to unlock it; pool hours are posted at the entrance. There is no air conditioning in this unit. In warmer months, open windows in the evening and early morning, then close them and draw curtains during the heat of the day. Fans are available throughout the home. A ski locker is provided for storing boots, skis, and snowboards. You'll find it immediately on your right when you enter through the south far-end entrance. Western Maine's wifi and cell service can be spotty depending on your network provider - Verizon tends to work best in most areas. Most local homes use Spectrum for wifi, which can drop during severe weather. If your connection goes out, wait an hour for the weather to pass, then try rebooting the modem/router. If you still have no signal, contact the local team for help. This is ski country, so be prepared for Maine's natural outdoor environment. Common insects include mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, sand fleas, spiders, and deer flies depending on the season. Monthly pest control helps minimize them, but they're an inherent part of Maine's habitat. Pack bug spray for outdoor activities. Snow plowing of the parking areas happens within 24 hours of a snowstorm. The condo association clears exterior walkways.
