New Condo on Harding Campus/ Legacy Park

Welcome to our home, on the campus of Harding University. This brand new condo is perfect for parents, or anyone that is interested in the many events that Harding hosts each year. You will also be within walking distance to the downtown area, where many local favorites are located. You will be right where you need to be, for all things HU related. You will also find a Starbucks within walking distance. The space This condo was recently finished in 2020, and has been decorated with your comfort in mind. As you enter the first floor condo, you will find seating for six at the dinning room table, with two barstools at the counter. Everything you need is stocked in this new kitchen, and you can easily visit with your friends and family in the living room, while preparing a meal. The floor plan to this spacious condo is open and practical. The guest room has a queen bed, with comfortable bedding, and is connected to the full bath in the hallway. The bathtub is a shower/tub combo. You'll also find a large pantry in the hallway, to store your groceries or anything else you might need. The master bedroom has a king bed, with luxury bedding, and a double vanity in the bathroom. The master bath has a large shower. You'll find a few comfortable chairs, in the bedroom, for reading or simply putting on your shoes. The living room has ample seating, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. You'll enjoy the cozy seating and comfortable furniture. Right off of the living room, is The Harding Room. This room is perfect fro the kids to enjoy during the day, and rest at night.. There is a daybed, with a trundle for night time, that doubles as seating during the day. The kids will enjoy their own TV for watching their favorite shows, while the adults enjoy the TV in the living room. The Harding Room is all windows, and is a great place to enjoy the view of HU. There is also a Washer and Dryer off of the sunroom, as well as a back door, with your own entrance.
