Welcome to "Aux portes de la baie". 10 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, this large "Saloon" cottage is ideal for families wishing to relax in the countryside. Organize a family stay where young and old can enjoy the garden and the communal pool accessible all year round. Here there is no key box, the welcome is friendly and warm. In the countryside and minutes away from the first shops, the gîte "Saloon" is located on a property with 4 other cottages as well as the owners' home. This 90 m2 accommodation offers 3 bedrooms (160 x 200 beds) each with their own shower room (shower) upstairs. - Bed and bath linens are provided. The beds are made on arrival On the ground floor, a large living room with fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. see amenities) open to the dining and living room area (sofa bed, TV, VCR, K7 video) Outside, a beautiful south-facing terrace. Guest access Check in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For a later arrival, please contact us to set an appointment. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. Late check-in and check-out options - €5 per person per additional hour: - Early check-in on request and subject to availability from 12 noon. - Late check-out upon request and subject to availability until 2 p.m. Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation and its terrace under an arbor with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal not included) 2 parking spaces (if necessary, consider carpooling) Shared spaces with other guests on the property: - Heated and covered pool (see house rules) - Shaded garden with playground for children – 10 years old - Access to outdoor games on sunny days (Trampoline, puck, molki, ping pong, badminton) - Lending of board games, books and toys. - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying racks, ironing board and iron Other things to note A security deposit of €500 (including €100 cleaning deposit) in case of damage or non-compliance with the regulations will be required upon arrival even for short stays. Deposit by credit card, returned no later than 48 hours. Any festive and/or noisy event is strictly prohibited. Small dog on the property, no pets allowed. The property is under video surveillance.
