This newly renovated condo includes a living room full of windows and modern-rustic decorations with a pull out couch and a dining table, a patio with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the courtyard, a fully-functional kitchen with a Keurig coffee-maker and complementary coffee, a comfortable bedroom and tiled bathroom, a washer and drier, and a closet pre-filled with board games for the whole family, all fully stocked with all the blankets and pillows you’d ever need. Guests are welcome to the entire condo and the designated parking space. I am available for questions by text or call, but otherwise I’ll give you space to enjoy your stay! This condo is in the middle of beautiful and historic Germantown, just a block away from First Tennessee Park, Tennessee Capitol, and the Nashville Farmer’s Market. There are endless restaurants and music bars nearby as well. There are a ton of amazing restaurants and activities within walking distance and Germantown is definitely built to walk around in.
