Location/ Roads/ Parking: This cabin is easy to access by motorcycle or vehicle. Level parking for 3. You will find a Dollar General, Kroger, or Food City nearby. Just 5 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 15 to the Smoky Mountains, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge. Pet Policy: The pet fee is $100 per dog There is a 2 dog maximum We only allow dogs You will need to bring a crate Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel The pet fee is a non-refundable Please clean up after your pet(s). Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning. Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair odor left behind. Check-In: there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code we will resend it a week before your stay. It s an affordable travel investment that pays for itself, let us explain what it covers: Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee). Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.
