Quiet and safe community about a 10 minute drive northwest of downtown area. You can go for a walk day or night on our streets. We have a great night sky to enjoy star gazing. By vehicle everything from major shopping, to quaint cafes and the best Mexican food (La Fiesta) is less than 10 minutes away! We are conveniently located to the downtown area ( about a 10 minute drive), shopping, golf, school, Walmart, restaurants, horseshoe bend, antelope canyon, boat tours, the damn, and about an 1 1/2 from Zions. We have a gas station/ post office/ convenience store right here within walking distance for all your needs. You can see lone rock from the back deck and be there in five minutes.
